Operation Steps

1. Use the power line to connect the melting furnace & water chiller
2. Put the crucible in the coil, press the operation switch and turn the power to maximum.
3. Put the metal into the crucible.
4. Press the operation switch, turn power to maximum and start melting.
5. High-speed melting is proceeding.
6. About 5 mins, melting is finished, turn off the stop switch.
7. Use the plier to grab the crucible and pour the liquid metal into a graphite ingot mold.
8. Let the machine run in 1 min and then turn off the master switch & pull the plug
