RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1.Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped (normally within 48hours). If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. Please do understand that We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

 
2. Repair
All our products enjoy 12 months warranty,  if products under this period, jewelerstoolsmall.com provide repair at no cost, but customer should take the shipping freight. If over this period, we will charge very low for repair.


How can i find the warranty on my products
The Warranty information can be seen on our website, in the items information, under Warranty. While we keep a record of all sales and also of all listings even after the item is sold out, we suggest you keep a printed copy of the listing or invoice for warranty purposes.

 


3. Return

1) We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3) Customers will only be charged  for shipping costs of returns (if the item is in good condition); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


 
For Faulty Or Damaged Item

1) All products purchased from jewelerstoolsmall.com come with warranties and are fully guaranteed.

2) There are occasionally items that do not work as intended, or get damaged in transit. In the event of this happening with an item you have received, please email our Customer Service team and give a full detailed description of the problem, as well as your Order Number.

3) Depending on the problem our customer service team will determine how to resolve your problem with the minimum inconvenience to you.

4) If it is found that the item you received is faulty then we will exchange it at no cost to you.

5) If you have received an item that is damaged it is important for the purposes of our insurance claims that you take digital photos of the carton as it arrives and also of the damaged articles. We will replace any items damaged in transit, at our cost, just as soon as we receive the damaged item back, or in many circumstances, as soon as we receive the photos. We apologise for any inconvenience.

6) You must notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of your product being dispatched from our warehouse of any damage or faults. After this time period your product's normal warranty applies.

 
Please Note:
We will still accept your item if you no longer have the original packaging, just as long as it is according to our Returns Policy click here(Faulty or Damaged items only). However, we would prefer the original packaging. Please make sure the item is securely packaged so that it won't incur further damage in transit back to us.


This does not apply to items that are for exchange due to your choice. In these situations, complete and intact packaging is required including all tags, manuals and accessories. The product must be returned to us in new condition.

 

About the Shipping Fee

If the product comes with quality issues and you apply for a return with our customer service, we will be responsible for the returned shipping fee.
If the product has no quality problems and you just do not want it any more, we are sorry that you have to be responsible for the return shipping cost.

 


4. How soon will I receive my refund?
After we receive the goods, we will refund your money within 48 hours after your package has been processed. The time it takes to receive your refund will differ based on the payment method you used. Normally, If you are a registered PayPal member, your refund has been completed instantly. You may check your PayPal account for more information regarding the refund.
A. No product problem but want to return back, partial refund will be credited, usually deduct shipping fright, service fees and return tax.
B. Product problems please return back with a cheap shipping company for exchange or refund.

 

NOTE: Once you ship returned goods, please note the returned item must be with original packing. Customer center will offer you shipping address, so contact customer service first.
