Return and Refund Declaration

14 days return or refund guarantee

Every order from Jewelerstoolsmall.com has a 14-day return or refund guarantee. This entitles you to claim a refund or replacement within 14-days of receiving your items. To make a claim, please follow one of the options below.

 

Cancellation Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible. Only if the order is not handed over to carriers, it can be canceled. If the order is already shipped out, it is not able to be canceled and we'll confirm with you about further processing.

 


 

One Year Repair Warranty

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the default product warranty period is one year starting from the date you receive the products, during which you are eligible for free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via Customer Service. Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for free repair, however, customers can return it at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility in such cases.

 


 

1. In which situation we accept the return

We promise to obey the return policy when the item has the problem bellow, but you must sent back the item after we knowing your problem and what you want us to do.

First, the product have quality problem. It can not work once you receive it or it encounter crash in delivery causing you can not use it. This situation we will return full refund.

Second, in some particular situation, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem, and in this condition we will charge you 10% handling fee.

Third, you order a wrong item and negotiate with our customer service to exchange for a right product, this exchange policy is also for you. But you need pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.

Fourth, if we miss-shipped the items, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you choose this, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee, but you must make sure to sent it back through ordinary airmail.

 



2. In which situation we do not accept the return

Please check detail before you purchase on jewelerstoolsmall.com. If you have any doubt, please check with our customer service, you can get our customers service information from our website.

If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.

 


 

Return Process

Please include the following information in the return package :

① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you want to return.

② Shipping label (outside the package).

③ Reasons for return.

Please E-mail and show the item of the problem to us, for example, show the photos of item(s)quality-related issue or wrong size to us by E-mail.

We will refund you after we have received your package and inspected it.

 


 

Return Announcement

① Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds on related products that are in close contact with the body.

② Please contact us no later than 14 days after you have received your order.

③ Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. We will only arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.

④ Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.

⑤ Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. We will send you an email once your return request has been successfully processed.

⑥ For orders shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can contact our customer service and request a return of your purchase within 40 days after shipment. Jewelerstoolsmall.com reserves the right to a final decision on the interpretation of these return policies.

 

 


When will a replacement be sent?


Replacements are treated the same way as that of new orders -- they leave our warehouses within 2 days. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item.

 

 

How long does it take for me to get a refund?


It may take 1 to 2 weeks for your return to reach our warehouse. Once the item is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

 


 

Note:

① We will do as much as we can in the outside package, however there are lots of uncertainties during the shipping, so when you receive the package, make sure to open it and check if everthing inside is in good condition. If not, please don't sign it and make a claim with the shipping company immediately, at the same time, inform us about the situation, we will assist you for the claim with our shipping agent.

② All return requests must be contacted by our customer service before shipping to our returned address. You return the item to our returned address without our permission. We will not accept your refund request.
